Garbo's Eighth Floor Guide from Design to Tableware

Pulished on Apr. 17, 2026

Walking into the eighth floor of Guangzhou Garbo, an exploration journey integrating creativity, craftsmanship and life aesthetics quietly begins.

Room 803, facing the stairs, is our design department office-this is the creative heart of the company. As soon as you enter the door, the first thing that comes into view is the training conference room. The corporate culture is posted on the wall. Innovation and sharing are the core soul of Garbo. This is a classroom where the team regularly shares experiences and learns new knowledge. It is also the starting point for the collision of new inspirations. On the right hand side is the 3D laboratory, where several high-precision 3D printers are operating quietly,"growing" the glass form in the designer's mind layer by layer into plastic models. Customers can touch, rotate, and look at the three-dimensional appearance of the product with their own hands before seeing the finished glass, greatly shortening the distance from conception to reality.

In the office, a 10-person design team is immersed in the drawings and screens. They not only tailor professional solutions for customers, but also follow the global market trend and regularly launch new designs every season. The most surprising thing is the open-air garden, gym and KTV hidden deep in the office. The company often holds team building activities such as barbecues and fitness here. Laughter and fireworks are intertwined, allowing the team to gather while relaxing and inspire more inspiration in joy.

After leaving the design department, walk along the corridor. Room 718 on the right is the white jade glass sample room. Pushing the door and entering, under the soft light, rows of white jade glass products are as warm as porcelain-from complete suits to exquisite pieces, neatly displayed on the shelves. Whether it is for daily life or business in a restaurant, you can find suitable choices here. Recently, high-borosilicate lunch boxes and roasting trays have been added to the sample room, suitable for customers in almost all markets.

Moving forward, Room 717 in the middle of the corridor will be our strategic focus for the next five years plan-the stainless steel cutlery showroom. This place is more like a miniature professional knowledge museum than a simple showroom: there is a cultlery iron mold in front of the wall, and on the table is a production process flow chart. From stamping, forging to polishing, every step is clearly diplayed on the table. Different cutlery sets are arranged according to materials and grades-13/0, 13/2, 18/0, 18/8, 18/10, ranging from entry level to high-end series. More specifically, we have set up a polishing quality comparison area to let customers to see with their own eyes the nuances of various mirror polishing. We also have different handle designs, from classic metal full handles to modern resin and plastic handles, covering all quality levels from low-end to high-end. Customers can not only choose products here, but also can understand how to differ from different quality and also how stainless steel cutlery was produced.

Room 716, at the end of the corridor, is the world for the kitchenware sample room. At the entrance, vases are placed on the display stand in an orderly manner. TThere are many different vases. Passing through the vase area, there is a smaller showroom in the inside: small stainless steel kitchen utensils are hung neatly, and spatula, colander, and serving spoon are all available; the cutter area is classified according to purpose, from chef's knife to boning knife, blade and handle. The adjacent silicone kitchen area is brightly colored, and the design concept of high temperature resistance and not damaging the pots is clear at a glance. This is not only a product showcase, but also the intersection of modern kitchen display.
